Sanitary grade stainless steel pipe is a kind of steel pipe with strict requirements for material and technology. Sanitary grade stainless steel pipe is processed by online annealing process. The pipe is soft, plastic and extendable, and the length can be cut according to construction requirements. With the addition of internal polishing process, the inner wall of the pipe is smooth and flat, no scaling, low water transmission resistance, which can reduce unnecessary loss.
Sanitary stainless steel pipe is mainly used in dairy products, beer, beverage, pharmaceutical, biological, cosmetics, fine chemical fluid transportation, and even flammable, explosive, toxic, corrosive, temperature, pressure fluid transportation.
Common stainless steel pipe, the inner wall can see more metal scraps, polishing wax and other residues, visible welding traces. The inner wall and outer wall of the sanitary stainless steel pipe are polished, the inner wall is smooth, no obvious residue, no welding traces.
